Amanda Stuart-Ross Ma

Amanda Stuart-Ross MA, MSS, PMP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal operations and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Proposal Operations at Parsons Corporation since November 2018, Amanda has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Proposal Operations for North America and Manager for Proposal Operations in Canada. Prior to joining Parsons Corporation, Amanda worked at Raytheon from January 2013 to November 2018, where responsibilities included Capture and Proposal Manager and Capture Specialist, focusing on new business capture and proposals. Amanda holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from Western University and a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Calgary, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Western University.
