Courtney Genosi Caputo serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Government Relations at Parsons Corporation, where leadership of a comprehensive government relations strategy supports a diverse portfolio in defense, intelligence solutions, and critical infrastructure. In addition, Courtney holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the National Epilepsy Foundation, contributing to efforts to address epilepsy challenges and accelerate therapies. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Raytheon Technologies, where management of cross-business efforts enhanced customer decision-making and policy influence, as well as extensive experience at Raytheon in government relations and business transformation. Early career positions include Vice President at Michael E. Dunn & Associates, Senior Associate at Deloitte, and staff roles in the U.S. House of Representatives. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Arts in Political Management from The George Washington University.
