David Vlad

David Vlad, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as a Program Manager for Space Operations Systems and Services at Parsons Corporation since June 2022. Prior to this role, David accrued extensive experience in the US Army from January 1994 to June 2022, where significant positions included Senior Manager for Logistics, Human Resources Manager, and Operations Manager, overseeing maintenance operations for large fleets and personnel management, contributing to the readiness of equipment valued at hundreds of millions. Additionally, experience at VMware as a HoH Corporate Fellow involved developing a comprehensive understanding of technical account management and business operations. David holds a Master of Science in Management from Excelsior University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Thomas Edison State University.
