Deborah Hyman

Deborah Hyman, R.A. is a seasoned architectural and program management professional with extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Parsons Corporation since July 2021, Deborah previously held the role of Program Director for the Small Business Mentoring Program at MTA Construction & Development from October 2020 to June 2021. Deborah's career at New York City Transit spanned over two decades, encompassing positions such as Program Manager, Lead Design Manager, Project Architect, and Architect, with responsibilities for managing large portfolios in systems, security, and structural projects. Early career experience includes roles as Project Manager at Inspection & Valuation International, Inc. and Architectural Designer at SYSTRA. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and completed the Future Manager's Program in Business Administration and Management at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
