Dr Lavinia Melilla Cengfice Mme

Dr. Lavinia Melilla CEng FICE MME is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Construction Director at Parsons Corporation since September 2022, Dr. Melilla also holds the position of ICE Qatar Qualifications Leader at the Institution of Civil Engineers since August 2017. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Al Wakra Pumping Station and Tunnel projects at Stantec, as well as Business Development Manager and Engineering Manager at Arcadis. Dr. Melilla's expertise extends to maritime engineering, having served as Ports, Marine and Water Sector Leader at Cundall and Port Area Manager at Bechtel Corporation. In addition to a progressive career spanning various organizations, Dr. Melilla holds a PhD in Hydraulic Civil Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
