Hikmat Ahmed Naser Albadrany

Hikmat Ahmed Naser Albadrany is an experienced project management professional with a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Parsons Corporation since October 2017, Hikmat leads infrastructure projects, including The Valley Development by EMAAR, featuring roads and bridges. Previous roles include Resident Engineer for the EXPO 2020 infrastructure package, overseeing a complex network of utilities and innovative construction methods. Prior to Parsons, Hikmat held positions as Resident Engineer at Associated Consulting Engineers, Projects Manager at Osool Al Jawdah General Contracting, Senior Project Manager at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Roads Engineer at Dubai Municipality, accumulating extensive expertise in roads, infrastructure, and utilities.
