Holden Silvia

Holden Silvia is a seasoned technical leader at Parsons Corporation, serving as Technical Director for Cyber Analytics & Engineering since June 2011, where responsibilities include leading technical strategy and growth within the Cyber & National Operations directorate. Previously held positions include Technical Director, Principle Systems Engineer, and Technical Director, Senior Systems Engineer at Polaris Alpha, providing guidance and driving technical direction for cyber-focused teams. Holden earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, where the curriculum emphasized Java and introduced Python. Additional experiences include computer science internships at Teletronics Technology Corporation, Washington River Protection Solutions, and CH2M HILL Hanford Group. Holden further advanced education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2018 and 2020.
