Hunter Sadler

Hunter Sadler is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources systems and solutions. Currently serving as Director of HR Systems & Solutions at Parsons Corporation since December 2024, Hunter previously held the position of Director of HRIS at CACI International Inc from February 2016 to December 2024, where leadership included strategy and administration of Workday, focusing on efficiency and compliance. Prior experience at SAIC from September 2008 to February 2016 included roles such as HCM Solutions Delivery Manager and Project Manager, managing crucial HR functionalities and overseeing significant corporate transitions. Early in Hunter's career, recruitment experience was gained at Tech USA. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
