Keith Spencer

Keith Spencer is the Vice President of Contracts in the HCM Sector, with over twenty years of professional experience in contracts management and negotiation. They have held various leadership roles, including Sr. Contracts Negotiation Manager at Lockheed Martin and Associate Director Contracts at Leidos. Their background includes managing Department of Defense and Federal Government contracts, as well as international negotiations. Keith is currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at Penn State University and a Masters Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University, while also holding a Top Secret security clearance.
