Melissa Boykin

Melissa Boykin is a seasoned Document Control Supervisor at Parsons, with over a decade of experience since October 2011. In this role, Melissa has managed the project document control department and developed a comprehensive procedures manual for document control, contributing to significant projects such as the METRO Rail Expansion in Houston and the Antarctic Infrastructure Modernization project at McMurdo Station. Prior to Parsons, Melissa served as a Document Control / Office Engineer at Herzog Contracting Corp., where responsibilities included managing the construction field office and maintaining contract documents for various rail projects. Melissa's career began at LOPEZGARCIA GROUP as an Administrative Assistant III, supporting several Dallas Area Rapid Transit projects. Education includes studies at Tarrant County College from 1998 to 1999.
