Melissa Kletzker

Melissa Kletzker is an accomplished corporate executive with extensive experience at Parsons Corporation since September 2003. Currently serving as the Corporate Internal Communications Director (Vice President), Melissa is responsible for developing and executing innovative internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and commitment. Previous roles include Corporate Learning & Development Director, Business Unit Talent Management Director, Division Manager of Talent Management, and Program Manager for Human Resources, where Melissa excelled in leadership development, talent management, and human resources strategies across various business units. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development/Psychology from Appalachian State University. Additionally, Melissa was a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership positions, from November 2022 to November 2023.
