Michelle St. George-Coyle is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Program Excellence at Parsons since June 2008. In this role, Michelle leads the Business Process Management team, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement while overseeing the governance knowledge management system to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Prior positions at Parsons include Project Quality Implementation Director and Senior Quality & Business Operations Manager, where Michelle facilitated quality implementation and supported various market leaders in quality planning and compliance. Additional experience includes project management roles at Grunley-Walsh Construction and William V Walsh Construction, specializing in renovations and modernization of government and commercial buildings, along with serving as Marketing Manager at Rentacrate. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Foreign Affairs from Assumption University.
