Norman Palmer

Norman Palmer is a seasoned program and project director with extensive experience in real estate development and infrastructure delivery across the Middle East and Asia. Currently serving as Program Director at Parsons Corporation since December 2020, Norman previously held roles as Project/Programme Director at WSP in the Middle East and Programme Director at Faithful+Gould, effectively managing major delivery programmes valued over $25 billion. Additional experience includes leading strategic initiatives at Abu Dhabi Tech Campus and overseeing infrastructure and site development projects for EC Harris. Norman's career began in project management roles at Parsons International and M+W Zander, focusing on high-technology projects across various countries. Norman holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
