Ryan Mulligan

Ryan Mulligan has a diverse background in transportation planning and traffic engineering, having worked at WSP USA as a Lead Transportation Planner for Smart Cities, as well as at Parsons Brinckerhoff and Jacobs. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Mountains/Desert Area Transportation Planning & Traffic Engineering Team Lead at Parsons Corporation, where Ryan also serves as the Denver Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering Lead. Ryan played a significant role in the development of the City & County of Denver's USDOT Smart City Challenge application, leading to the city's selection as one of seven national finalists for a $50 million award to further technology deployment efforts related to mobility and intelligent vehicle technology.
