Will Seleman

Will Seleman is a Project Controls Director based in Dubai, Bahrain, and Kuwait, with over 26 years of experience in project management, planning and controls, contracts management, and dispute resolution. They have successfully delivered major projects across building, rail, and infrastructure sectors and are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Will holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from Cairo University and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University. Currently, they are leading Project Controls at Parsons Corporation following previous roles at notable firms such as Hill International and Mott MacDonald.
