Nicholas Hess

Nicholas Hess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at ParsonsKellogg since March 2018, Nicholas has also held various roles within the company, showcasing versatility and leadership. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Rhode Island Country Club from 2006 to 2022, where responsibilities included mentoring new employees, managing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service as a caddy. Additionally, Nicholas gained valuable insight into healthcare management as a Clinical Director's Intern at Westminster Eyecare Associates. Early career experience as a camp counselor with the Town of North Providence provided skills in organization and teamwork. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island, and a High School Diploma from North Providence High School.
