Charlie Carter

Charlie Carter is the CEO and founder of The Carter Group, which offers legal advice and advisory services to high-growth companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. Since August 2020, Charlie has provided legal counsel on complex financing and acquisition transactions. In addition, Charlie serves as the Chair of the Dean's Board at the University of Washington's College of Arts & Sciences and holds advisory and investment roles in several companies, including Fairview Partners Investment Management, Parsyl, Confido Legal, Supio, Vouched, Briefpoint, OnePointOne, and ClearBrief. Charlie holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
