Michael Niederhauser

Michael Niederhauser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology management. Currently serving as the VP of Partner and Customer Success at Parsyl, Michael leads initiatives for a supply chain insurance organization focused on risk mitigation for essential goods. Previous roles include VP of Customer Success at Myndshft, Director of Customer Success at Huron, and VP of Customer Experience at MyRounding Solutions, where Michael contributed to transformative changes in client management and customer training. Earlier career achievements include Director of Information Systems at 9Health Fair, Project Manager and Mathematics Teacher with the Peace Corps in Tanzania, and a Consultant role at Accenture.
