Dan Townley

Dan Townley is a seasoned fire safety professional with extensive experience in risk assessment and compliance. Currently serving as a Fire Consultant at PartB since March 2023, Dan specializes in residential and commercial fire risk assessments, compartmentation surveys, fire door surveys, and project management. Prior to this role, Dan was the Fire Safety Compliance Manager at Optivo (now Southern Housing) from November 2021 to March 2023, and held key positions at Southwark Council from May 2014 to November 2021, including Senior Fire Safety Coordinator and Local Authority Liaison Officer. Earlier experience includes working as a Logistics Planner for onefinestay. Dan holds a Construction HNC from London South Bank University, completed in June 2017.
