Caitli Walsh-Betteker

Caitli Walsh-Betteker serves as the Senior Manager of HR Operations & Strategic Initiatives at PAR Technology since July 2019, where responsibilities include shaping the vision and strategic direction of the HR organization and overseeing the development and tracking of HR initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Global Strategic Initiatives, Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Lead at PAR Technology. Additionally, Caitli is a Founding Member of San Diego Tech Hub since April 2019, and has previously held positions such as Senior Account Executive at Vaco, Account Manager at Insight Global, Human Resources Manager at Alliance Marketing Group, Inc., and Extended Student Services at Poway Unified School District. Caitli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
