Douglas G. Rauch

Mr. Rauch spent 31 years with Trader Joe’s Company, the last 14 years as a President until his retirement in June 2008. Since June 2015, Mr. Rauch has served as the Founder/President of Daily Table, an innovative non-profit retail solution to bring affordable nutrition to the food insecure in Boston’s inner city. He previously served as CEO of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. from August 2011 to July 2017, where he continues to serve as a director. Since February 2020, Mr. Rauch has served as a director of Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFM), a grocery store offering affordable, fresh, natural, and organic products, where he serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee. From October 2009 to October 2019, Mr. Rauch served as a trustee at the Olin College of Engineering and he serves as a director or as an advisory board member of several for-profit and non-profit companies. Mr. Rauch brings extensive knowledge and operational experience in the food service/grocery industry and strategic implementation and leadership skills providing insights and perspectives important to us as a provider of technology solutions to restaurants and retail.
