Linda Crawford

Linda Crawford has extensive leadership experience in technology and business strategy, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Comp Committee Chair at PAR Technology since December 2023, and as an Operating Advisor at Katalyst Ventures since October 2022. Crawford has held board positions at Verint, Equilar, and previously at ChannelAdvisor, where the company was sold to CommerceHub in November 2022. As the former CEO of Helpshift from September 2017 to February 2020, Crawford enhanced customer service through innovative support systems. Additional roles include Chief Revenue and Customer Officer at Optimizely and various leadership positions at Salesforce, where responsibilities encompassed global sales engineering and strategy, as well as serving as VP of Sales at Rivermine. Linda Crawford holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.
