Sara Peoples

Sara Peoples is currently the Director of Customer Success at PAR Technology, where they lead teams focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention for operator cloud customers. Their career at PAR Data Central® has progressed from Technical Account Manager to Senior Manager, demonstrating a commitment to optimizing business processes and improving margins. Previously, Sara served as Business Process Manager at Fresh Alternatives, LLC, where they led technology initiatives and implemented business optimizations across multiple restaurant concepts. They have also gained extensive experience in restaurant operations and systems administration throughout their career. Sara is pursuing degrees in General Studies and Business Administration at Polk State College and Florida Metropolitan University, respectively.
