Karen Noël

Karen Noel is General Partner, Legal and Operations since January 2017.

Karen oversees all the legal aspects of the Management Company’s operations. She assists the management team on its financing, refinancing and exit operations and is responsible for the fundraising’s legal aspects. She also helps portfolio companies.

Before working for Partech, Karen was a Partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel until 2016. She was one of the leaders in venture capital operations in digital and life sciences in France, Europe and the United States, in addition to providing consulting services for entrepreneurs and investment funds. Karen has played a decisive role in numerous recent financing rounds and IPOs in new technologies.

Karen was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998. She graduated from University Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 1995 with a LL.M. in Business and Economic Law and from ESSEC Business School in 1996. Karen has 4 children, is passionate about mentoring and education and is a keen tea drinker.
