Nikhil "Nik" Kundra has been working in the technology and business sectors since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a transporter at BayCare Health System. The following year, they worked as an Area Director Assistant at Emory University. In 2009, they worked as a Tech Consultant at Bay Area Medical Center, an Interventional Radiology Shadow at BayCare Health System, and a Resident Advisor at Emory University. In 2011, they founded and became the CEO of Partender - Bar Inventory in 15 Minutes, and also worked as a Consultant for KundrNik LLC and as the Director of Marketing for Quillt. In 2012, they became an Organizer and Global #sosummit Ambassador for Startup Weekend, and an Intern for Grooveshark.

Nikhil "Nik" Kundra began their education in 1999, when they attended Berkeley Preparatory School until 2007. Nikhil "Nik" then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience & Behavior Biology at Emory University, which they completed in 2011. In the same year, they obtained a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. In 2013, they attended 500 Startups, though they did not obtain a degree.
