Alina Dong

Alina Dong is currently an Associate at Parthenon Capital, having started in July 2023 after serving as an Analyst. Previously, Alina completed a Summer Analyst position in the Investment Banking division at Bank of America, focusing on the Consumer & Retail Group, where a full-time return offer was received. Alina's prior experience includes a Summer Business Analyst internship with the Small Business Card Acquisitions Team at Capital One and internships at Texas Citizens Bank and Alariss in Global Business Development. Alina holds an A.B. in Economics with a concentration in Computer Science from Harvard University, attended from 2019 to 2023, and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 2019.
