Mark Otter

Mark Otter is a proven leader in online learning with extensive experience in educational roles. Currently serving as CEO of Participate since January 2019, Mark previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at Participate Learning from July 2008 to December 2018, overseeing product strategy and development, cloud transformation, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, as Chief Academic Officer at VIF, Mark enhanced profitability and teacher retention through effective process management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Math Teacher at Orange High School. Mark holds multiple degrees, including a B.Ed. in Secondary Math/Science, an M.Ed. in School Leadership, and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
