Kerf Chang

Kerf Chang is an experienced professional in the web3 ecosystem, currently serving as the Head of Ecosystem at Particle Network since March 2023, after holding the position of Ecosystem Manager. Kerf co-founded Talent-Web3 in April 2022, focusing on onboarding the next generation of web3 talent through education, networking, and job matching. Previous roles include Investment Analyst at Zilliqa from August 2022 to March 2023, Ecosystem Analyst at Huobi Global from February 2022 to August 2022, and Strategy Consulting at PwC from August 2021 to January 2022 as part of a post-MBA program. Kerf also completed a Summer Consulting Internship at McKinsey & Company in 2020 and a Strategy Internship in China in 2019. Kerf holds a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore, attained between 2018 and 2022.
