Juan Manuel Bernal Moreno

Juan Manuel Bernal Moreno serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Grupo Halcón Cerámicas since January 2024 and is also a council member for the Ayuntamiento de Picassent in Valencia since June 2015. Previously, Juan held roles such as Labor Relations Manager at Grupo Gimeno and Aquaservice, and coordinated the Labor Relations department at Druni. In the sports sector, Juan was a Match Director for LaLiga and a football referee for the Real Federación Española de Fútbol. Juan holds degrees in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the Universitat de València, alongside a Master's in Sports Management from LaLiga Business School and various other qualifications in workplace safety and labor law.
