Pablo Casado Blanco

Pablo Casado Blanco has extensive experience in politics and education, currently serving as Presidente of Partido Popular since June 2015 and Vicepresidente de la Comisión de la Unión Europea in the Congreso de los Diputados y Senado de España since June 2016. Casado has been a national deputy for the province of Ávila since November 2011, holding several important positions, including President of the Commission of Education and Sport and spokesperson in various committees. Additionally, Casado has worked as a Fellow at Johns Hopkins University SAIS and held roles in international parliamentary organizations. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Cabinet for former Prime Minister José María Aznar and a visiting professorship at Georgetown University. Casado holds multiple advanced degrees from prominent institutions, including a Master in Derecho Autonómico y Local and certifications in public management and legislative studies.
