Rafael Garcia Sanchez

Rafael Garcia Sanchez currently serves as Vicesecretario Regimen Interior PP Jaén for the Partido Popular since September 2023, providing advisory support to the municipal and provincial group in Jaén. As the founder and President of Fomento Iberoamericano de Relaciones Humanas since February 2020, Rafael has also held roles in the Junta de Andalucía, where involvement in the Gabinete de Presidencia took place from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior leadership positions include President of CTN 314 at UNE Asociación Española de Normalización and Socio director at People and Talent. Rafael has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Director Gerente at SOCIEDAD ESTATAL DE ESTIBA Y DESESTIBA DEL PUERTO DE ALGECIRAS LA LINEA, Business Unit HR Director at DSM, and Director of Human Resources at Telepizza. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Management and Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder and a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Granada.
