Amitay Ben Ishay

Amitay Ben Ishay has a diverse work experience in different companies and roles. Amitay started their career at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as a Software Engineer, where they developed and characterized system architecture for CNC machinery and registered two patents related to aviation parts manufacturing and raw material stock management. Amitay then joined Comverse as the Head of Command and Control Systems Development, where they were responsible for managing a team of developers and providing pre- and post-sale support to branches worldwide. After that, they worked at TeamNetcom LTD as the Manager of Pre Sale and Post Sale applications departments, where they focused on business development and providing technological responses to customers. Amitay then moved on to Spark Tech as the CTO, where they managed a pre-sale team and worked on system development. Currently, they are working at Partner Israel as a Software Architect and Product Director, where they are responsible for developing architecture solutions for Enterprise and Telecom systems, leading a team, and working on software development in various areas.

Amitay Ben Ishay began their education in 1997 at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. Amitay completed this program in 1999. Following this, Amitay continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 2000.
