Avichai Aviad

Avichai Aviad has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they served as a Combat Soldier in the Field Intelligence Unit of the Israel Defense Forces until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Security Professional at Modiin Ezrachi from 2010 to 2014. Simultaneously, from 2010 to 2012, they also worked as a Psychometric Lecturer at Lachman Maturity & Psychometric.

In 2014, Avichai joined the Israel Securities Authority, initially as an Intern in the Corporation Finance Department. Avichai then progressed to roles such as Deputy Head of Revenue Recognition, Corporate Division (2016-2020), Head of Revenue Recognition, Corporate Division (2020-2021), and ultimately as CPA, Deputy Chief Accountant, and Head of Revenue Recognition, Corporate Division (2021-2023). During their tenure at the Israel Securities Authority, Avichai was actively involved in various committees and responsible for areas such as accounting policies, changes in accounting estimates, and pro-forma financial statements.

In 2015, Avichai served as a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Avichai later returned to the university in 2022 as a University Lecturer. Simultaneously, they have been teaching at Hadassah Academic College since 2016, first as a Lecturer and then as a Senior Lecturer and Senior Academic Staff member from 2022.

Avichai's most recent work experience is with Partner Israel, where they assumed the role of Head of Accounting and Finance in June 2023.

Avichai Aviad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was obtained between 2012 and 2015.
