Panaxia Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Dan Transportation, The Moinian Group and All Year Holdings Ltd. Ms. Marom-Brikman served in the past as a director in various companies including: Israel Union Bank Ltd. Arko Holdings Ltd. BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Electreon Wireless Ltd. Ms. Marom-Brikman is a certified public accountant in Israel. Ms. Marom-Brikman holds a B.A in Business Management and Economics specializing in accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies and an M.A in Finance from the Baruch College of Management, NYU.
