Rivka Tokov

Rivka Tokov is an experienced professional in the field of business support and technical management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Support at Partner Israel since June 2021, Rivka has progressed through various leadership roles, including Tier 2 & 3 team leader and Tier 1 Business Support Team Lead. Prior experience includes working at Bezeq International from November 2017 to June 2021 as a Process and Knowledge Manager and leading the Technical Support Team, along with serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. Rivka holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Ono Academic College and is currently pursuing an MBA in Cyber and Information Systems Security at the same institution.
