Shay Nagar is an experienced Operations Administration and Maintenance engineer at Partner Israel since January 2004, overseeing over 30 Enterprise Management Systems while focusing on system integration, management, implementation, and analysis. As a TV frontend infrastructure team manager, Shay established a team for content distribution and management, creating procedures and KPI dashboards to enhance decision-making and position the TV service as an industry leader. Additionally, Shay led the international services team following the merger of 012 Smile and Partner, ensuring the availability of crucial telecom services. Previous experience includes serving as an OAM Expert and Intelligent Network Expert at Bezeq International, complemented by an Engineer’s Degree in Master DBA Oracle & SQL Server from John Bryce and a practical engineer degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from ORT Melton Technology College.
