Colleen Woo currently serves as a Senior Sustainability Coordinator at Partner Energy since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Sustainability Coordinator and Wilderness + Hike Leader at Tawonga Jewish Community Corp., where Colleen managed multi-week backpacking trips for children and adults in Yosemite. Additional experience includes serving as an Advancement Ambassador at Pitzer College, generating financial support and conducting alumni interviews, as well as food preparation roles at Camp Mather Family Camps under the San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department. Colleen began a career in the field with internships at Marx|Okubo Associates, focusing on data analysis and research on resilient building designs. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Neuroscience from Pitzer College.

Partner Energy was founded in 2009 by real estate and engineering professionals. Our co-founder and President, Tony Liou, started Partner Energy after noticing an increase in demand for energy efficiency and sustainability consulting services. The demand arose due to the onset of complex energy efficiency and disclosure laws, rising energy costs, and global awareness of climate change. Our headquarters is based in Southern California with a network across the nation.
