As Vice President at Partner Forces, Jennifer Chaggaris leads the development and implementation of the highest quality standards for all client engagements. Jennifer’s expertise includes business process improvement, strategic planning and human capital planning.

Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience leading strategic business transformation engagements for federal government and commercial clients. These include Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce and the United States Postal Service. Jennifer’s professional journey began at a big four consulting firm. She is a career management consultant.

Jennifer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University.
