Kathy Lipecky

Kathy Lipecky, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and community engagement. Currently serving as the Youth Programs Manager at Partner4Work Pittsburgh since April 2022, Kathy collaborates with the Senior Director of Youth Programs to enhance program strategies focused on workforce development for young people. Previously, Kathy held roles such as Family & Community Engagement Specialist at South Hills Interfaith Movement and ESL Specialist at Duquesne University, where responsibilities included needs assessment, outreach program development, and data analysis. With a solid foundation in project management gained through various positions at EDMC, Kathy has successfully overseen SaaS projects and change management processes. Kathy's academic background includes an MBA in Project Management from South University and a degree in Journalism and English from Duquesne University.
