Bruce Eppler, PG, currently serves as the Technical Director at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Bruce held the position of Director of Environmental Services for CEMEX from March 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included mine and concrete plant permitting, environmental compliance auditing, and training in various environmental regulations. Bruce also worked as an Environmental Services Consultant from January 2011 to March 2013, conducting environmental assessments, and as Environmental Manager at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates from September 2003 to November 2010, overseeing regulatory negotiations and waste management. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Handex Group, Inc., managing environmental services and business development. Bruce holds a degree in Geology from California State University-Sacramento.
