Greg G. Souder

Greg G. Souder, PE, MBA, LEED, AP is a seasoned professional in facility management and consulting with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Currently, Greg serves as the Senior Managing Director for the Solutions Practice - Integrated Facilities Solutions at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this, Greg held multiple senior leadership roles at CBRE, including Senior Managing Director for Facility Assessment & Consultative Solutions, where the focus was on property due diligence services. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Facility Services at Nova Consulting Group, Inc., and as Facilities Department Manager at Terracon Consultants, Inc. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
