Jay Henning

Jay Henning, RRC, RRO, is a seasoned Client/Project Manager at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since July 2018, focusing on due diligence for commercial properties and offering specialty roof assessments and construction loan monitoring. Prior experience includes significant roles at Terracon as a Project Professional in Facilities Services, where assessments were conducted for property owners and lenders, in addition to managing re-roofing projects for Walmart locations. Jay also served as a Project Manager at INSPEC, specializing in re-roofing consulting, and at GBA, contributing to roof consulting and inspections related to structural issues in roofing insulation. Earlier in the career, Jay worked as a Project Technician at Foresight Services, Inc., supporting building envelope evaluations. Jay holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
