Ralph J. Orlando

Ralph J. Orlando serves as the Division President at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc., overseeing the PC&E Division, which focuses on the nationwide engineering design practice since June 2013. Prior to this role, Ralph held positions as President and CEO of Birdsall Services Group, contributing significantly to company growth, management, and strategic financial decisions from March 2010 to June 2013. Ralph's experience also includes serving as Executive Vice President at CMX for nearly 15 years and Vice President at Garmen Associates, leading land development and civil engineering practices from 1978 to 1995. Ralph obtained a dual degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE/MSCE) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completing studies from 1966 to 1973.
