Steve Luzkow

Steve Luzkow is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in risk management and environmental services. Currently serving as Technical Director for SBA, Agency, and Lender Services at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since December 2020, Steve has previously held key positions at CBRE as Director of Environmental Services for the Western US, and as Environmental Risk Manager at Capital One NA and LaSalle Bank. With a background as a Senior Consultant at ECA Risk Management and an Adjunct Faculty member at Lansing Community College, Steve has also contributed to the environmental field as Director of Environmental Services at Applied EcoSystems, Inc. Educational achievements include an MS in Environmental Science from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Biology from Oakland University.
