Alix Simpson

Alix Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alix currently holds the position of VP Customer JAPAC at Partnerize, where they have been working since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as VP Customer Success APAC from July 2018 to November 2020, and as Head of Customer Success JAPAC from September 2015 to June 2018.

Before joining Partnerize, Alix worked at House of Fraser as the Senior Director of Online Partnerships from April 2014 to September 2015. Alix also gained valuable experience at Affiliate Window as a Senior Account Manager from July 2011 to April 2014. In this role, they managed and grew key accounts including The Arcadia Group, Expedia, Tesco Finance, Laura Ashley, and Travelodge.

Alix started their career in 2007 at goFLUENT as a CRM Manager and then moved on to Touchnote Ltd. as an Online Marketing Manager in 2009. Alix briefly worked at Wine Tourism UK as a Sales and Marketing Manager/Co-founder from February 2010 to September 2010.

Additionally, Alix worked as a Foreign Expert at the British Council from September 2010 to July 2011, demonstrating their international experience. Overall, Alix's work experience showcases their expertise in customer success and account management, along with their ability to lead teams and drive business growth.

Alix Simpson attended Bournemouth University, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in International Marketing with a focus on Interactive Marketing, French, and Strategy. They also studied Economics, French, and English Literature at Sussex Downs College, Lewes. In terms of additional certifications, Alix obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in 2023. They also acquired certifications in Excel: Dashboards for Beginners, Finance Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations, and Project Management Foundations: Small Projects from LinkedIn in 2022.
