Chris Thompson has over seven years of experience in IT, currently serving as an Application Administrator at PartnerMD since May 2022, where expertise is provided as a Subject Matter Expert in assigned applications and general end-user support is delivered. Prior to that, from February 2018 to April 2022, Chris was a Network Engineer at Bastionpoint Technology, managing client support for networking issues and maintaining network appliances while developing security solutions. Chris also held the role of Technical Analyst at AvePoint, providing customer support for various SharePoint versions, and worked as Desktop/Automation Support at Robert Half Technology, focusing on Microsoft Windows Small Business Server and Active Directory management. Chris holds a high school diploma from Bel Air High School, awarded in 2008.
