Cécile Dyck

Cécile Dyck has extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and business development within the insurance industry. Cécile began their career at RBC in 1999, where they held various roles including Senior Research Analyst, Manager of Corporate Development, Director of Operations & Business Development, and Director of Business Development & Corporate Initiatives. In 2009, Dyck joined Aurigen as the Director of Strategic Planning and then moved to PartnerRe in 2011 as the Vice President of Strategic Planning for North America Life. Currently, they serve as the Head of Strategy & Project Management for the Life & Health division at PartnerRe. In their role, Dyck is responsible for leading the strategic planning process, supporting the CEO/CFO on strategic and capital markets initiatives, and overseeing operational execution of strategy.

Cécile Dyck holds an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
