Dacotah Baksh

Dacotah Baksh currently serves as AVP, Underwriter for Assumed Retro & International Cat at PartnerRe since September 2023, after progressing from the role of Underwriter in the same department. Prior to PartnerRe, Dacotah Baksh held the position of Underwriting Analyst at Elementum (Bermuda) Ltd. from March 2021 to August 2023. Dacotah Baksh's career began at Willis Re as a Broker and Associate Broker, and at Aon as a Technical Assistant and GRIP Analyst. Dacotah Baksh holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Arts London. Dacotah Baksh also completed an International Baccalaureate at Bermuda High School.
