Jaime Masters McDowell

Jaime Masters McDowell is a communications specialist and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Communications at PartnerRe since April 2003. Throughout various roles at PartnerRe, including Senior Communications Specialist, Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, and Brand Manager, Jaime has developed and executed comprehensive communication plans and supported brand management to enhance the company's franchise value. Prior experience includes working at Conyers Dill and Pearman as a Trust Administrator, overseeing a portfolio of international trusts and managing legal and financial documentation. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Vermont and completed GCSEs at Bermuda High School for Girls.
