James Murray

James Murray is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at PartnerRe Europe since December 2009. Murray has held various leadership roles within PartnerRe, including Director of Financial Operations and Head of Finance Operations for Europe and Asia, showcasing a sustained commitment to financial excellence. Prior to PartnerRe, Murray worked as a Financial Accountant at Macquarie Bank and began the career at Moore Stephens Nathans as a Trainee Accountant. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accountancy from Munster Technological University, completed in 2004, along with foundational education at Christian Brothers College.
